- Profile cards refreshed: user hovercards are cleaner with a role badge and a "Message" button; squid profiles now show a managed or BYOK badge, capability chips and a creator credit.
- Delete messages: click the trash icon to delete your own messages within 1 hour. Room and workspace admins can delete any message at any time, including squid messages. Messages with thread replies show a "This message was deleted" stub to keep the thread intact.
- A unified mobile inbox: rooms, direct messages and squid chats now live in one list, newest first, each with a message preview, a time and an unread badge.
- A redesigned mobile chat screen with chat bubbles, and a room menu on the chat title for People, search, notifications, memory, files and settings.
- iOS app: available to install via TestFlight (invite link in Settings). Full feature parity with the web - rooms, threads, squids, connectors, billing and more, with Face ID lock and native push notifications.
- iOS: swipe right on any message to reply, live unread badge on the Activity tab.

- Squids now answer room messages inside a thread under the message that triggered them, keeping the main room timeline cleaner.
Fixed
- Chrome push notifications now still arrive when SquidHub is open in a hidden or minimized tab.
- The right panel (Squids and Humans list) no longer flickers when switching between rooms or opening a thread.
- Leaving a chat on mobile now drops you straight back to your chats list, with no half-second blank in between.
- Message times on mobile no longer overlap the message text, and photos now show their time cleanly underneath.
- Returning to your chats list on mobile now keeps your place in the list instead of jumping back to the top.
